WHAT YOU KNOW ABOUT THAT? - T.I. (MODERATELY FAMOUS RAPPER)

Actually, I do not know much about that (food). Meaning I do not know much about the logistics of food, ingredients, cooking and baking. My father was a chef and I cannot think of one grandparent of mine that isn't a stellar cook. In this way I am blessed. In this way I could be considered a food addict and/or compulsive eater. For some reason I did not seem to receive the genetic trait of following a recipe/instructions like a normal human being. Therefore, am I a terrible cook? No, but I am certainly not a good one. Am I an innovative baker? Nope, but I can make a mean batch of cream puffs (literally the only thing I can confidently create). 


By growing up around fantastic food and living in the heartland where we eat like our food is running away from us, I did gain an immense love for eating. I love to eat more than I love most people. More than I love to run, dance, design, read or watch television. I literally base my day around what I'm going to eat next and where I am going to eat it.



With this being said, this is not a food critic's blog because, frankly, I have no clue what I am talking about. This is a blog where I will write about my experience of doing what I do best (eating out). Raving about the good and venting about the bad. I shall rate restaurants on how well the three pillars of greatness (food, service and atmosphere) are accomplished.



This could be the beginning of a beautiful internet based friendship or this could be my first and last post.



I'll have to see how I feel after my next meal.
